A1: Yes! We are a GAF Certified Roofing Contractor (CE21493).
Q2: Do you carry insurance?
A2: Willow Ash Roofing does hold insurance for up to $2M. We are also state licensed and bonded for your protection!
Q3: Will you work with my insurance company?
A3: Yes! We work with many insurance providers such as State Farm, USAA, Allstate, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Frontline, Amica, Hartford, and many others.
Q4: Do you accept payment plans?
A4: We do accept payment plans, and make it easy to set one up!
Q5: Are you certified by the BBB?
A5: Yes, we are certified by the Better Business Buruea and have an A+ rating.
Q6: Do you work with Owens Corning products?
A6: We do work with Owens Corning products. In fact, we are an Ownes Corning Preferred Contractor.
Q7: Do you install green roofs?
A7: Yes, we are a GAF Certified Green Roofer!
Q8: Do you work on roof repairs or only roof replacements?
A8: We are happy to do roof repairs when the whole roof is not in need of being replaced! Roof repairs are a great way to keep your home safe and keep the elements out while expanding the life of your roof.
Q9: How long does it take to get my roof replaced?
A9: If everything goes accordingly to schedule, it can take around two weeks to go through the process of inspecting the roof, ordering materials, replacing an entire roof, and cleanup. However, it typically only takes two days to replace the roof itself.
Q10: How long does it take to get roof repairs done?
A10: Roof repairs can often be done the same day the call is made.
