Since moving operations to Charleston in 2009, we have continued to build and refine our team to best serve the community.
In 2023, our current leader, Adam brought his professional engineering and construction management background to Willow Ash Roofing with a mission. To take the great foundation that has been established and inject new energy to bring Willow Ash to a larger community. We want to help more people.

Adam Lacey - Owner
As the owner of Willow Ash Roofing, Adam is dedicated to putting clients first and building a company known for professionalism, honesty, and proactive communication. His goal is to make every project as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of work, Adam enjoys being outdoors - whether that’s playing sports, spending time on the water, or cheering on his two sons, Nolan and Clay, alongside his wife Katie at local youth sporting events.
Fredy Polanco - Production Manager
Born in Honduras and fluent in both Spanish and English, Fredy ensures every Willow Ash Roofing project is completed with exceptional quality and care. He treats every customer like family, handling challenges with reliability, trustworthiness, and a calm smile. Fredy is the steady hand that keeps projects on track and clients confident, and when he’s not working, he enjoys fishing or relaxing with friends.
Mack Ard - Roofing Consultant
Mack Ard, a lifelong South Carolinian, combines the discipline of his college football background with the honesty and work ethic he gained growing up on a farm. With experience in storm restoration, roofing, and construction, he guides homeowners through the challenges of protecting their property while helping them choose the solution that best fits their needs. At Willow Ash Roofing, Mack exemplifies respect, accountability, and trust, making him a dependable partner for every client. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his girlfriend and dog, hunting and fishing whenever he can.
Oriana Castillo - Administrative Assistant
Oriana Castillo is the lifeblood of the Willow Ash Roofing team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From answering phones and scheduling appointments to creating marketing material and organizing calendars, she ensures clients are cared for quickly and the team stays on track. While born in Honduras, Oriana speaks English fluently and brings warmth, energy, and reliability to every task. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and singing.
